If you open the MSX-ASCII text document in WordPad as "MS-DOS layout" the
special characters will be preserved. Then save it as a Word .doc document
and then open it in word. Now the entire character set is preserved. If you
don't use any MSX-specific characters (character with accents etc.) then you
can simply open it as a .txt document in Word.
