Yes, there is a list.com which can list basic files in a DOS screen.
It is not an editor, it just shows the basic listing on the screen from head
to tail. you have to use some thing like more.com to show it page by page or
convert it to ascii and then use an editor.
list basic.bas | more <return>
or
list basic.bas > basic.asc <return>
edit basic.asc <return>
