I don't know the exact details since I've never used FDD emulation from
harddisk, but afaik there are two tools to do this: START.COM and
FDDEMU.COM. If I remember correctly, START.COM was Mega-SCSI specific
but also worked on for instance the IDE-interface, and FDDEMU.COM only
worked on a turboR (because it needs the SRAM). I don't know all of
this for sure, maybe someone else can shed light on it and correct me
if I'm wrong.
