I've look Quarth, Space manbow and Gradius 3 and all of them use the same chip
Konami 051649 seems to be the part number for the chip in my opinion.
But I wonder why 2212P003 is written in big letters.
also 8935EAI (from space manbow) seems to be respectively the year of the
chip manufacture, the week of manufacture and info on the manufacturer of the
silicon die used fot that particular series of the SCC chip. (I'm not sure about
that
3 last letters, but for the numbers I'm sure it's the date of the chip
manufacture ...)
from quarth it's latter is: 8936EAI.
and from gradius 3 it's 8844EAI
