There is nothing wrong with Funet, it's just that the ftp
implementation of Microsoft Internet Explorer is broken in my humble
opinion. As others suggested, you need to enter your email address
for password, you should for all anonymous ftp connections but not
all sites enforce this. You could try an http connection, which also
works:
http://ftp.funet.fi/pub/msx
or use a real ftp client.
Then you'll also see correct errormessages about userlimits etc.
