The MSX mailinglist will be moved to Mailman in the near future. I've been
reading the Mailman docs and it doesn't contain an option to deny
attachments. But maybe it's possible to install some kind of external filter
that discards attachments. Is there anyone here who knows whether such a
filter already exists or how it can be created?

Mailman has a feature to only allow posts that have the list's name in either
the To: or Cc: header. I won't try to add this functionality to the current
list, please hang on until we move to Mailman.
