your "ballremoving" routine was very nice, but actually I only want the
balls to be removed, if there are 3 or more balls
connected to eachother horizontally, vertically or diagonally.. (and if some
of these balls have neighbours with the same
color, they have to be removed too)
in this way:

14312262
41222432
there are 3 balls with the color 1 connected to eachother, but not in a good
way.
if the matrix was like this:
12436531
14312262
14222432
the balls are vertically connected to eachother, and now they have to be
removed.
I hope this will make it more clear now..
