Do you mean "poll"?
If you want a lot of reactions, maybe it's better to set up a form on a web
page. It's possible to have HTML form results sent by e-mail, you don't need
any advanced server software to create something like that.

MSX2 -> no problem
256K RAM -> acceptable, altough 128K would be nice
The Philips NMS series was sold with 128K and it's the most common MSX2 in
the Netherlands, maybe in all of Europe. There are still many machines that
didn't receive a RAM expansion.
