Report of Nishi's lecture updated.

Hi,

I updated some text of the report, but more importantly I scanned some of
the sheets Nishi used and have put them in the report. Also I've added the
ASCII timetable for the MSX plans.

Btw, did nobody notice that msxplayer.com, .org, .net and msxserver.com,
.org, .net are all still free?
