Probaly you mean the oxygene tank to swim with instead of the swimming suit.
Mr. Arnold is near Dr. Petrovich (on the same floor), kill him and you will
collect card no. 7,
check maybe you have already killed him and took possesion of the card.
find card no. 8, and the antidote then go to building 3., inside take the
lift, cross the room when
leaving the lift and find a weak spot, blow away with a p-bomb and find the
swimming suit/oxygene tank.
