No. It is not. ESE-DSP project was a project to emulate sound devices (psg, 
scc, fm-pac) with a DSP (digital signal processor).

However, this project is abonded. It is replaced by the ESE-PLD project. This 
new project is to build an entire MSX with so-called 'Programmable Logical 
Devices'. These PLD chips are based on the so-called FPGA technology. So, if 
you here something about MSX in FPGA technology, it is most likely about the 
ESE-PLD project.
