GEM uses the mapper DOS2 selected, which on non-turboR systems is the
largest available.
For turboR, the internal mapper is always selected. (Because external
mapper has more wait-states.)
Support for external mapper on turboR is planned for next version. However,
I need to take a break from GEM programming to focus on my professional work.
