It is still being sold (you can find it at http://www.hnostar.com).
You can't run it on your MSX2. It needs the V9958 VDP of the MSX2+ and TurboRs.
You could also play it on a MSX2 upgraded to MSX2+...
The version for GBA is EXACTLY the MSX game (an adaption from MSX to GBA).
