I have mailed this info to smallbuys:

I had a e-mail conversation with a Japanese company a few months back, about
the same request for those YM2413 chips.

The company is called Prime Technology,
and they told be that they have a minimum order quantity of 100 chips.

I couldn't get 100 people interested in buying those chips, but it seems you
are already past that limit.

There website is located at:

www.primete.com

Hope this helps.

Greetings,

Sander van Nunen
