Dear Jeroen.
Would you please, the next time that you send a message like this to the
mailinglist, remember the following:
- Please state in your mail in which context you're asking this, for
instance, are you one of the organizers or just someone curious?
- If you state in capital letters that something is not a virus,
chainletter etcetera, the first thing people will think is that it
*is* spam of some kind. Which is both annoying for the people who read
it and makes it less likely for you to be taken seriously.
Other than that, it's always a good idea of course to discuss who'll be
there and who won't :)
