According to TAO website (the company that inventented intent/elate), intent 
has the most performant and optimised JRE on this planet...

Nevertheless, fMSX Intent version (oops, I mean MSX Player) is indeed 
amazingly slow. Also on the PDAs.

Let's hope that this will be significantly improved.
