Definately. I just got hands on a Sony JS-75 wireless joystick set. 
Exactly something like it. It has a big IR receiver, which is plugged in 
both joystick ports. It comes with one IR joystick. I also have the 
JS-C75: an extra IR joystick for this set. See also the FAQ, Sony 
section of hardware list.
