I am aware of at least three different lines of SCSI controllers:

- HSH / Gilvad /Gouda, all based on the WD3393 chip, most at ports #34.
In principle all capable of running Novaxis

- MK /BERT /HPN, based upon the Fujitsu chip

- MegaSCSI

I will ask Hans Oranje what information he has on the Bert interface, hope
to see him next weekend.

Sorry, no documentation that I know of :(

But as I said, hardware-wise it's the same as a MK interface, which IIRC in
turn was the same as the HSH interface.

HPN homepage is at: http://www.hansoranje.demon.nl/
In the products section the following PDF is found:
http://www.hansoranje.demon.nl/downloads/bertscsi_sch.pdf

It's a schematic of the BERT interface. It seems to be a bit lo-res but I'm
not sure if a schematic will help anyway ^^;

You can e-mail Hans Oranje at: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
I'm sure he'd be willing to provide you with information.

Greetz,
         Patriek
