Thank you for this advice, Roel. I did already have contact with some organisers of similar days, but I just wanted to poll how many people were interested in this event. And I'm not going to organise such a day, if there is no-one interested in.

No offence but he's a young guy still at the edge of his child days. We took him with us to the last Tilburg fair since we agreed on splitting the fuel costs. We drove an extra 50-60 kilometers to get him (and to bring him back) since we thought it was cool to see such a young person still very active on MSX was very cool we went through the troubles. Well when we were in Tilburg he was spending nearly all the money he had with the result that when we brought him home that he only had around 5 guilders left (around 2 dollars) to pay for fuel costs.. Not that we would have minded that he payed only a small sum but it pretty much stank..... No thank you and walking to his home ASAP with the new MSX joystick he had aquired in his mind. I'm not bashing him (don't take this personally Jeroen) but IMHO you are not up to organising something like this yourself. You should group up with other people living near you to coordinate this at least two months before any actual event. I've been in several organisations of large events (400-800 people) and I know that you are underestimating this. In my younger years I also wanted to organize something similar to what you are planning to organize. The result, nothing was 100% coordinated, of the 50 people that said would come only 5 actually did of which I and somebody else only were able to actually met one of them.. Okay it's one of my black pages in history but it's just a warning to you.
