Looks like it is... the title screen is not that (and I doubt that one is the real MSX1 screen), but the year is 1985 and by T&E Soft... the in-game screen looks a lot like the one I have here, although I didn't play it a lot (it's all in japanese, so I dont know what to do in the game)
