Yes, and much more.
The MegaSCC is a MegaRAM (a cartridge to load (and play) MegaROM games)
and a SCC (or SCC+). The SCC logic is implemented in a Altera.
MegaFlash1 is very close with MegaRAM, but have a battery. You can build
a "MegaROM" card with them. MegaFlash+SCC is that name says.

Yes, is all-in-one cartridge. That cartridge have a internal
slot expander and needs to be connected in a primary slot.
