I think it depends on your definition of 'working'. It works alright,
but the installation/configuration is not that easy yet I guess.
For the download:
1) go to http://openmsx.sf.net/
2) click 'project summary'
3) click 'Download'
If you have troubles with openMSX, don't hesitate to contact the
developers with details!
