Right. I already posted in this mailing list a message talking about the
Tecnobytes FM cartridge.

People who work with game machines know this chip. But don't waste your time
searching for a datasheet on the net. It doesn't exist. About the company, I
would like to know, too. The only thing we know is that this company if from
Korea or China. :)
BTW, again, about the sound of Tecnobytes FM Sound Stereo: it's perfect.
