Hmm, I would recommend you to buy one, it's not an easy or cheap task to
build one good quality converter. Check ebay, there are sometimes old
hq devices for sale for reasonable price level.
And sometimes there are also NTSC to PAL converters as well.
Anyway, NTSC to RGB would be better since G-900AP accepts RGB input.
I don't know if G-900 -series requires 50Hz Sync signal for RGB, though.
Most US devices outputs only 60Hz Sync...

Yeah, should be, it's same serie as 1500-2000 line industrial players, but
plays PAL and NTSC discs.
