gouda slot expander have many litle problem with philips (i have 8280)
try to loaded the bus of the slot expander with one or two cartridge (slot
select not actived) and change the scsi in all sub-slot
try to clean the connector of the cartridge of slot expander
one of my  sub-slot don't accept gouda scsi and mega-sram (corrupt datas)
but work with other cartrige
a long ribbon cable pertub the bus
i have sunrise slot expander with my turbo-r and i have not this problem
just if power of slot expander (pc xt powersupply) is not actived in the
same time of the turbo-r i have blank screen
i have just added a power switch and don't cut the swicth of powersupply of
the turbo-r and of the pc xt powersupply
