You are in the right place then! :-)

Hummm... try executing the following:

INL  PPP  M  ATDT<ISP number>

and tell me which reply you obtain.

If you get a successful connection with the previous command, execute
INL PPP O as you do normally, but without the /N switch.

The only "internet simulation" I have done is conecting with a
null-modem cable to a Linux box... but that did not involve using a
modem.
