Having the version number on the Tcl/Tk dlls is standart practice as far
as my 10 years of experience goes.

I've added the -static-libgcc hack to the PKGBUILD. Without it, the
application always crashes. With it, the problems are theorical. I
mention the problem on a commentary on the PKGBUILD and consider the
package ready for consumption.
