Alexey, I've read this document already, and I know that by creating
"passwd" manually I can get the desired location of $HOME. I am more
interested in doing it not per user as in "passwd", but rather globally for
all users at once (i.e. that home prefix for any user is always "C:/Users"
rather than "/home"), and instructions in "05-home-dir.post" seem to
promise that with item #3. Why item #3 does not work?
