It is related to Msys2 only because it is an application being developed using Msys2. I had hoped others having created applications that when launched open a new window would give me some idea of where to go.

As for the Fonts tab, that is NOT anything I have purposely coded nor asked for in the application. They are "just there", supplied gratuitously by Windows.

I have attached a sample, not the same program, but exhibiting the characteristic.
