The updated mingw-w64-x86_64-gnutls 3.4.0-1 package now works with the
latest nettle package, but is missing a dependency on libidn needed by
libgnutls-30.dll.

Installing mingw-w64-x86_64-libidn 1.30-1 fixed this.
