I'm just getting started again, I'll work on configure a bit. I just
did an update on mingw and msys as I had to load up m4 for the package
build.

$ mount
C:/msys64 on / type ntfs (binary,noacl,auto)
C:/msys64/usr/bin on /bin type ntfs (binary,noacl,auto)
C: on /c type ntfs (binary,noacl,posix=0,user,noumount,auto)
D: on /d type ntfs (binary,noacl,posix=0,user,noumount,auto)
E: on /e type ntfs (binary,noacl,posix=0,user,noumount,auto)
F: on /f type ntfs (binary,noacl,posix=0,user,noumount,auto)

greg@Homerw7 MINGW32 /d/bld/sources/GraphicsMagick-1.3.21/bldmingw32
$ pacman -Q msys2-runtime
msys2-runtime 2.1.0.16305.2579661-2
