Hi folks,

When I download files from msys2.repo.org on my local machine, it
usually works fine, sometimes timeout.
However, when I download from Docker Hub server, it mostly fail with
timeout error [1], sometime (very rare) works fine.

I contacted Docker Hub support, and they told me:
"I checked the logs and found that the network response from
repo.msys2.org is less than optimal. Throughout my build cycle, it
would either timeout in between requests or take too long to respond.

Unfortunately, this is out of our control and there is nothing much we
can do for you though."

Anyone has idea if there is anything wrong in the server hosting
msys2.repo.org, or is anything wrong in the route path from Docker Hub
server to msys2.repo.org?

Service like Docker Hub is widely tested, usually hosted in reliable
cloud server like AWS, so I guess the problem is not in the Docker Hub
side.

BTW, is it possible to host a MSYS2 mirror in AWS, or move
msys2.repo.org to AWS?

Thank you and happy new year!
