in the mingw64 shell "convert -version" gives:

Here is an example of what does not work:
identify.exe hm.png
identify.exe: no decode delegate for this image format `PNG' @
error/constitute.c/ReadImage/508.
Likewise convert gives the same error message.
Do I need to install some other library?
