i can't find where to report problems about precompiled packages so i try
here.
i found two small problems in the current (10 nov 2016) precompiled
packages :
1) msys2/ctags and msys2/emacs conflict on the ctags.1 man page while the
github PKGBUILD script for msys2/emacs seem to remove the included ctags.1
man page (rm -f).
2) there is a "signature missing" error on the package
mingw32/mingw-w64-i686-python2-pyside-tools-qt4
