I used pacman to install mlpack. It installed without errors. When I try to
run linear_regression from the msys prompt I get this error:
$ /mingw64/bin/linear_regression.exe
C:/msys64/mingw64/bin/linear_regression.exe: error while loading shared
libraries: libstdc++-6.dll: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory
If I run it from a ms-dos prompt, I get this error:
C:\msys64\mingw32\bin>C:\msys64\mingw32\bin\linear_regression.exe
The program can't start because libarpack-2.dll is missing from your
computer.
I googled libarpack-2.dll and could not find a copy. Can someone help me?
