I am trying to compile OpenMPI using msys2.
I have installed mingw64/mingw-w64-x86_64-gcc-fortran 6.2.0-2
The configure says no statfs or statvfs.
Is this something I can add to msys2?
In general, how do I figure out what to add to find something missing.
(I know Pacman -U, but that seems to find only high-level things.)
