FWIW, I agree with Alan's comments.

After about a week none of you, maintainers, have answered to my
questions about these issues (and the other about the buggy compiler).
This is a users list. There is no guarantee that maintainers read it. If
you have an issue, you should submit it as an issue on the project site.
I don't agree with the idea that bugs can only be discussed on a bug
tracker. A large fraction of "bugs" are misunderstandings by the
user. Or need some preliminary discussion. Or are "no-brainer" ones
that can be fixed immediately. And e-mail is a quick way to deal with
all those situations. And many bug trackers tend to be
bloated/obfuscated by a lot of noise. So if this list has useful
discussions of potential bugs the end result will be a bug tracker
with many fewer issues reported, and those reported issues will have
much less noise. Thus, in my opinion no response to reports of
potential bugs here is not in the best interest of the MinGW-w64/MSYS2
project. On the other hand, this lack of response probably just
reflects that project needs to recruit more core developers simply to
deal with its very large user base.
I don't any reason to continue to use, and suggest to use, this software
if you do not provide any assistance...
I doubt vague threats will increase your chances of getting a response,
even if the maintainers ever saw them. Calm down and deal with issues
in a
constructive way.
I completely agree with you this is not the proper tone to take to
motivate unpaid volunteers who are donating their precious spare time
to this project. But I can also see why this user is frustrated by
the lack of response so far.
