Hi. Packages are built and uploaded by Alexey when he has time. Sometimes package updates are missed and using the mailing list (like you did) or issue tracker is a good way to point it out. There has been some discussion about automating the process, most recently (IIRC) here<https://github.com/Alexpux/MINGW-packages/issues/2616>. -- David Macek
