Try

pacman -Ss freetds

to list the packages that contain that string on their names. Sometimes
there is no binary package published.

If the binary package is available, as it is a MinGW-w64 package, you
need

pacman -S mingw-w64-x86_64-freetds

to install it. (replace x86_64 with i686 if your Windows is 32 bits).
