A new version has been pushed recently:
mingw-w64-x86_64-imagemagick-7.0.7.28-1-any.pkg.tar.xz
I wonder if this version is safe for use.
I usually compile emacs with ImageMagick.
When I did it after upgrading to this new IM version, emacs couldn't even
start,
even under gdb.
