building something for a GUI in MinGW64, it target as default the Win32
api and so for the drawing use GDI+/DirectDraw/Direct2D.
As all GUI toolkit support Linux and so X server as back-end, is it
possible to target the Xlib while keeping dependence to MSVCRT only?
This let keep the possibility to export the GUI to a remote PC?
