I would like to be able to take option 2, but my schedule won't let me commit to any particular time-frame. So I guess I'm suggesting option 1 in the short term. Peter Harris (who was going to look at git-svn earlier in the week, but got distracted by the whole "msys CVS is a year out of date" thing)
