Hi, in issue 74 (http://code.google.com/p/msysgit/issues/detail?id=74) it was suggested to update ssh to MSys 1.0.11's version. I did that, and pushed it as work/new-ssh (based on the current devel branch).
Apparently there were random hangs with the old ssh, and this issue should be helped by the new ssh. I experienced hangs myself, but retrying usually helped. I would be so delighted if a few of you guys could give it a little testing (not much, really, I do not expect it to fail; my only concern are different versions of Windows), so that we can include it in our next preview.
