The problem was that I did not realize that Git installer does not
have msys.bat that netinstaller includes.

Now, for those interested, another, unoficial, not-reviewed version exists at
http://kirill.ca/public/cheetah-080210.zip
which seemingly fixes Git Bash Here menu item.

As Stephan discovered, it may or may not work for you. But all
feedback is more than welcome!
