I tried to use sshwindows too.
You can configure the shell in the passwd file : this is cygwin
related so to configure the git shell your path start with /cygdrive/c/
Program Files/Git/... But I don't know exactly on what it should
point. May be cmd/git.cmd but I didn't get the whole thing to work. I
was never able to view or clone a repository.
The authorized_keys is in the sshwindows(openSSH) etc folder.
Your public key is normally in your home directory but I think msysgit
search the ssh key somewhere in git folder.

This is some tips. I tried other ssh server but none seem to work.
