LTC ORGANISER UPDATE

LTC Organiser Version 2.51 adds flexible report module

To help you with your project management needs we�ve already sent you some information about the new LTC Organiser software tool.  Now we�re writing to update you on our latest addition to the Organiser  a flexible and easy-to-use report module.

Launched in July, the LTC Organiser is the first ever project management software tool customised for translation and localisation businesses.  It includes a translator database, client database and sophisticated project management features. 

With the introduction of the Report module, you will now have even more useful information at your fingertips.  The module gives you a complete management overview of your company by creating a variety of management reports, among them financial reports. In addition it generates detailed reports for project managers by taking any combination of data  taken from the translator, client or software database  and presenting it in easy-to-read graph or list form.

Here are some examples of the Organiser�s standard reports and the information they can deliver with a click of the mouse:

Translator Management
�       Language expertise: distribution of translators per target and source language and in different subject areas such as engineering, IT or law
�       Fees: the translator�s average fees per hour and per 1,000 words and fees in relation to the type of translation task

Client Management
�       Individual clients: a complete case history of your dealings with the client
�       Profits: distribution of profits per project for each client and distribution of profit per type of client
�       Purchase orders: confirmation of clients� project orders

Software Management
�       Distribution: reports indicating the distribution of translation tools and other software tools in relation to the source or target language


LTC�s software developers have designed the Report module to allow maximum flexibility.

For many users the wide range of standard reports provided will satisfy their day-to-day information needs.  But as the module is an open system, you can create new reports and edit and customise existing reports using Crystal Reports software, for instance adding your company name or logo.  And for businesses who do not have Crystal Reports, LTC offers a special service where we will provide you with tailored reports, guaranteeing a fast turn-round.

Another advantage is the report module�s export function which allows reports to be exported to other programs including HTML, Excel, Word, Access and Text.
