Hi all Giza-experts, 
 
I am working with the Giza++ and I'm having troubles getting it to 
acknowledge that I am using a dictionary. I call it with this command: 
 
giza++ -S ../data/d.vcb -T ../data/s.vcb -C ../data/d_s.snt -D 
training.vocab -verbosesentence 3 > e.logf 2> e.errf 
 
and a file 'training.vocab' in the proper format: 
 
2 2 
3 3 
4 4 
5 5 
6 6 
7 7 
8 8 
 
But the program doesn't seem to acknowledge that I am trying to use a 
dictionary. It just doesn't do any difference at all. It gives the same 
even probabilities for all the possible alignments in the Model1: 
Iteration 1 (produced by -verbosesentence). Also, if I give it a 
non-existing file as a dictionary file it doesn't complain. What am I 
doing wrong?
