Dear colleges,

The co-clustering technique is usually used in the document-word
matrix to cluster both the rows and the columns simultaneously. I
found this sentence from wikipedia: the biclustering algorithm
generates biclusters - a subset of rows which exhibit similar behavior
across a subset of columns, or vice versa. I'm not quite sure of the
meaning of the sentence. Could you explain it to me in detail?

By the way, I have a document-document matrix of which the elements
are the similarity score between each two document. If I run
co-cluster on this matrix, how to interpreter the results?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Best regards,
Ce
