Hi All, Recently some users have been facing the following error while posting to the MT-List: Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 554 554 5.7.1 <[email protected]>: Relay access denied (state 14). We have looked into the matter and found that if an user is using Gmail to send mails from their specific domain mail ids, the error occurs. For example if an user has a mail-id: [email protected] and is using gmail to send mails from this address, it would throw up this error. Please note: Users who directly use their gmail.com mail-ids are not affected by this error. In case you have encountered this error recently while trying to post to the MT-List, please make sure to directly post from your respective domain-ids and not via gmail. In case of any issues regarding this, please mail to [email protected] with your error message and we would look into the issue. Wish all the members a merry Christmas and very happy new year.
