in the Americas (AMTA-2012) will be held at the Catamaran Resort Hotel
in San Diego California, Sunday, October 28 through Thursday, November
1, 2012. In addition to a research track, the main
AMTA-2012 conference program will once again include presentation tracks
for government and commercial users of MT and a "Technology Showcase" of

wireless internet connections will be provided.
Topics of interest include but are not limited to:
- Commercial offerings of MT technology and services
- Commercial applications that embed MT technology and services
- Tools and interfaces that support work processes incorporating MT
(e.g., MT post-editing)
- Demonstrations of advanced MT systems and technology in research
stages
Application Process:
Applications for an exhibition slot at the Technology Showcase are
subject to evaluation and approval by the AMTA-2012 organizing
committee. Please provide a title and one-page description of your
